1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 33phwin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Terms apply to all access and use of the 33phwin website located at https://33phwin.net, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services offered under the 33phwin brand.

By registering an account on 33phwin, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are accessing the 33phwin platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

33phwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the 33phwin platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on 33phwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds returned or forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing bets. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing 33phwin is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 33phwin or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority whose self-exclusion lists are recognised by 33phwin.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 33phwin. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 33phwin actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and manual review processes. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and any balances or pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 33phwin account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33phwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33phwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 33phwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

33phwin is required by its PAGCOR regulatory obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS or GSIS card, PhilHealth card, voter's ID, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33phwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). 33phwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 33phwin is ₱100. Individual payment providers may impose their own minimum transfer limits, which will apply in addition to 33phwin's minimum. 33phwin does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, to prevent money laundering. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player's account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 33phwin aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one to three banking hours during standard Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds held on deposit with 33phwin are maintained separately from the Platform's operational funds. This segregation of funds is maintained in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and is designed to protect player balances in the event of any operational difficulty affecting the Platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 33phwin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your 33phwin account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

33phwin monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, syndicated or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that 33phwin determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers. 33phwin reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 33phwin are final once confirmed by the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation, including the event selected, the market chosen, the stake amount, and the odds accepted. 33phwin will not be liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on 33phwin. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and account status. 33phwin reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account or market at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

33phwin reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement; there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised; or the bet was placed after the event or market had concluded. In the case of voided bets, the stake will be returned to the Player's 33phwin account.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be brief delays between market updates and bet acceptance. 33phwin will not be held liable for bets placed based on outcomes that had already been determined at the time of placement due to data latency.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33phwin and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the 33phwin platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting any technical error, system fault, or software vulnerability on the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider trading in relation to any event offered on the 33phwin sportsbook.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using 33phwin to facilitate money laundering or any other financially illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer product.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33phwin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content, is the exclusive property of 33phwin or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33phwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 33phwin platform without the prior written consent of 33phwin.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 33phwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 33phwin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.

33phwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33phwin account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 33phwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

33phwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the entire platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available on 33phwin or seek support immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 33phwin players directly from account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 33phwin platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the nominated period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

11 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 33phwin is governed by the 33phwin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 33phwin, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

33phwin complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Player data is processed only for purposes necessary to operate the platform, comply with regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and improve user experience.

12 Amendments

33phwin reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights as a player, 33phwin will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 33phwin platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 33phwin platform.

33phwin operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Disputes relating to game fairness, account integrity, or regulatory compliance may also be referred to PAGCOR through its established complaint resolution procedures.
